Alix was born of a desire to create customer experiences that delight and speak to the real needs of consumers. The company was founded by Bee Small and Charisma Mehta, who together combine a wealth of experience building AI tooling and working with organisations to deploy innovative approaches.

Alix co-designs with clients and their customers. Deep community work and research informs our approach to ensure that all users can engage with solutions. From interviewing people in their homes in Bradford, to designing with front line staff across the UK, Alix deeply believes in an inclusive and user-centric approach to design.
